Raising Chickens

When we got the birds, they were only three weeks old. Here's a small clip Hubby made of them in their brooding pen. The orange glow in the pen is from the heating lamp.

Now, we are getting over a dozen eggs a day from our 'girls.' I am having way more fun with these chickens than I ever thought I would! Here's a close up of two having a wee snack of leaves yesterday morning.
